How to assign tools to an employee who does not have a smart phone.
Business and Enterprise acounts can do this using the Virtual User feature
On the Connection tab, select add connection. Select the roll “Virtual.” You can now assign tools to that employee.
Virtual Connections have no sign-in and are often used for tracking Items like tools at the repair shop or tools assigned to a sub-contractor. But if your employee doesn't have a device or you wish to not give them access, this is a great option.
