You can track damage and repairs using notes.
If you are an Enterprise user, set up a note type called "Damage Report" on the web interface and check the box to send a notification. When you create a note to report damage, select the type damage report, enter detail about the damage. Since the notification box was checked, a notification will be sent immediately to the tool admins when the note is saved. Reports can be generated on the web interface.
When the repair is completed, you can enter a completed date and who completed the activity.
