What integration or API access options are available?
API access is available for qualified customers and Excel exports and imports are available for all customers.
ShareMyToolbox takes advantage of customizable Excel exports to allow easy exporting of information that can be imported into other systems. The most common exported file is our Costing History which is found under the History menu on the web interface.
ShareMyToolbox also has extensive import options to allow importing of items, connections and locations from other systems. We recommend utilizing the Excel imports and exports for light integrations where possible.
If more extensive integration is needed we do offer an API access for an additional fee. We will require a technical feasibility meeting to ensure there is a good fit between your integration requirements and our API capabilities. To schedule this meeting please reach out to our support department.
