Request Account and Data Deletion

Should you want to close your account and request data deletion, here are the steps to take.

Closing your ShareMyToolbox Account

To close your account:

1. In the ShareMyToolbox mobile app, navigate to the profile page
2. Scroll down below the sign out button and select "Delete Account"
3. You will asked to confirm your password, and the your account will be deleted.

Data Deletion

When you delete your account, we may save your account data, including tool, connection, and action records up to 1 year. To request that this data be immediately deleted, please contact us. We will delete you records upon request within 2 weeks from date of request.
