Item Mass Transfer

Item Mass Transfer is used to transfer ALL Items from one Connection or Location to another. It is an ALL or nothing function, useful if you hired a new person taking over an existing job. This lets you transfer all the Items to the new person.

Item Mass Transfer Functionality

Mass Transfer is an Admin function available in the Web Portal. Simply put, it allows you to quickly move ALL Items from one person to another person, or one Location to another Location. That’s it!

Mass Transfer is useful for a number of scenarios, including:

Employee A leaves the company and is replaced by Employee B.
A Virtual Connection is replaced by an Employee Connection.
An employee finishes Job A and is taking all the items to Job B.

To get started,

Click on Items Menu
Click on Mass Transfer Sub-Menu Item

Note: Item Mass Transfer simply moves all Items from one person to another or one location to another. Because of this functionality, there are no additional filter options.

Connection Mass Transfer

To move ALL Items from one Connection to a different Connection

Select the Connection from dropdown and choose the Connection you wish to move Items from
Select the Connection to dropdown and choose the Connection you wish to move Items to
Click TRANSFER button

To move ALL Items from one Location to a different Location

Select the Location from dropdown and choose the Location you wish to move Items from
